Create a block only staff can see?

I have some quick links I would like to add in a block for only my admins and moderators to see. Such as IP checkers, etc.
How do I create this block for them?
I can pm the staff here the exact links if interested.

Do you want to add the links into an existing block (module) or into a brand new module? If you want to display them inside of an existing module then you'll have to use some conditionals to be based upon what user group the person is associated with. But if you're creating a new module then you can take advantage of the built-in security settings of CMPS in the properties of the module; in the "usergroups" section of the module just turn off any usergroups who shouldn't have access to it.

The second approach is what I ended up doing to make my life easier instead of playing around with the conditionals. ;)
