Dual templates/modules?

I looked and looked, but was unable to find an answer to this. Here we go, lets take the original News template/module for VBadvanced CMPS. I have it set to the left side on pages, but I also want to set it to the right side of pages too. When I create a new module to do this they cancel each other out. So, one side will work but if you activate the otherside it will cancel the other one out.(leaves a blank)

Can anyone explain how to get around this?

link to your site? and what are you naming the mobs and templates? Hate to ask something so simple but did you create all new templates and named the mod something else?

Yes I did, I am almost there, just have to fix one more glitch.
