Missing VbAdvanced Global Options screen

I just noticed that this screen has stopped showing up. If I remember correctly it's the section that displays the three fields where you can put a list of files that should have the site url prefixed to for the navbar, and footer.

The attachments show what I'm seeing. This was working prior to today.

One thing I did do recently is uninstall the Vba Links directory app using the uninstall program file that came with it. After that I went through and removed all Link directory files from my server.

Could this have anything to do with it?

Checked it here on my installation. The global settings tab is fine here (3.0 Gold on 3.6.8p2 vbulletin).

I reran the vba install file and did the rebuild settings option - that seemed to fix the problem.
