Black background?

For some reason, in Internet Explorer, the background surrounding the "edit" and "quote" buttons on my "News" module is all black. (See here (http://otnforums.snooboo.com/)). Why is that, and how can I change it?

There shouldn't be any reason why it would appear black... Can you post a screenshot?
