Not reading settings right?

I've setup the latest version of Dynamics and for some reason it's not even reading the settings and just using the default ones. Like the title says "vBadvanced Dynamics" when I have it set to "The Tome" and all the links are linking to localhost when I have them set to the correct url.

Any ideas or suggestions or help?

I don't see how that would be possible as long as you're editing the settings through the Admin CP... Can you link me to where you have vBa Dynamics installed?

Yep that's it. I've edited it twice and reinstalled it several times to be sure.
