Had that skin from the contributing members section of vbportal which I paid to join (as thats what my site used to run)
Here is a rip of the old site (was running vbportal) with nothing taken away..

As you can see the original skin never came with any copyright,

I will look further into this and ADD any copyright notices if i need to but as pjdaley pointed out you could have delt with this via a PM.
