Is there a manual somewhere for vbadvanced dynamics.
I have purchases and installed dynamics but have not got a clue where to start.
I can browse the forum page for vbulletin, but cannot find how I find the dynamcis page?
Please help!

I'm sorry, but currently there is not a users manual available. If you have any questions about how the software works though please feel free to ask in the forums.
As for where to find the software, it should be located at http://yoursite.com/dynamics assuming that you did not rename the 'dynamics' folder when you uploaded the folders/files.

I have indeed installed it in the dynamics folder.
But, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it now it's installed.
This might sound like a set of very stupid question:
1. Is there a page/file that is the output of vbadvanced?
2. I can make changes in the user cp, where do I see these changes?
3. All the forum pages look the same as before I installed vbadvanced. Are they supposed to be different in some way?
4. Is there anywhere, I can find a starting point.
I purchased this because it promised to be a content management solution for publishing articles. But, I literally have no idea where to start.
It is, I assume, installed properly. But as there are no instructions available anywhere, it seems that all I have is some files on the server, but I do not know what they do, or how to use them...
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or should I give up?

1). I suppose there's several really, all located in the 'dynamics' folder.
2). I'm assuming you mean the Admin CP and not the User CP? If so, the changes you make in the Admin CP can be seen at http://yoursite.com/dynamics
3). No, no vBadvanced products will change your forum in any way.
4). If you're just trying to submit articles, then clicking the "Submit Entry" link at the top of your dynamics pages would probably be the best place to start.

I have got a little bit further than the OP, but don't really understand what I can do with Dynamics.
Even a list of URLs for sites using Dynamics would help so we can see what others are doing with it.

You can see that from our products page. ;)

Are there any plans to make a manual for vBadvanced Dynamics? I found this thread searching for a manual myself. I recently purchased Dynamics and saw that the manual listed on my user page here is for CPMS. It would be nice to have all of the Dynamics information in one place instead of searching the forums every time there is a question.
Seems kind of odd that the free product you offer has documentation and the one you charge a fee for doesn't have the documentation.
I'll continue to surf the forum for my answers, but if a manual for Dynamics becomes available, that would be awesome!

By reading other members' questions & comments and by walking (or crawling) the most frustrating path myself, I can only assume that we have some conceptual fixation on how the whole Dynamics project should be approached.
My initial understanding, when buying the product, was that Dynamics is an ingenious tool for managing many-to-many (public categories) or one-to-many (member categories) relational datasets of information that adhere to vB's methodologies for business logic, design & functionality.
I also thought that these datasets can interact seamlessly with vB's homepage display of categories (forums), and with vB's navbar, QuickLinks, UserCP, PostBits, User Profile, etc.
Brian is a genius, but he failed to convey in an organized fashion even the very basic document that highlights the business logic of Dynamics as a vB plugin. He did a grand job developing a second-to-none product, but failed miserably on intuitive UI and/or proper documentation.
I have 7 projects that were planned for Dynamics, but I consider giving it all up because I cannot find: 1) a professional integrator (yes... I can even pay for training), or 2) a shred of hope that I'll be able to walk the first baby steps by myself (system analyst and a 30-year veteran in the IT profession).

The best and easiest way to learn is to browse through the Dynamics admincp,
read the text for each option, and see what happens on you Dynamics pages when you change some of the interesting settings. Takes some hours, though, but it is also a very large script.

Agreed but an (Install and modify) video would've been nice.
I just purchased Dynamics. I thought a manual would be available. It sure would be helpful!
