Look at this site here, its spread out like the vBulletin liquid skin, my site www.death-eater.net/forum is not its centered and made neat in the middle, can i do this with my portal www.death-eater.net/forum/portal.php? as its across the page i want it to look well with the forums,

You would need to edit your 'adv_portal' template and change the width of the main table in there.
