Q1: Is it tested and stable with 3.0.3?

One last question (well, two...don't they always say that) if I may.

1) Assuming I back up my forum, is there a good chance I can install this and maintain forum user operation, or will I need to take stuff offline and go into deep hibernation mode while I do additional updates to restore forum operation?

2) Where do I download it? I tried the scripts area and the members area and the Read More link on CMPS on the homepage, but I can't find it.
