Update counters and inline moderation.

It seems the post count isnt being updated when a reply is deleted via inline moderation. When deleting via the edit button its all good. This is for dyna 1.0, so if this is known fixed bug please accept my apologies.

Thank you for pointing this out. I've just applied the fix to the dynamics/moderation.php and forum/includes/vba_dyna_functions_moderate.php files in the download package here, so it should be corrected once you upgrade now.

For anyone else that may be experiencing this issue, if you will download the package from here again and upload the two files mentioned above over your existing ones, that should take care of the problem.
