Re-direct - Site Navigation

Is there a way to create a new, either page or link, that will directly go to another URL from the site navigation. Here's an example:

Homepage
Google -> When someone clicks this link it takes them to http://www.google.com

Just add the link in the 'Additional Pages' setting for your site navigation module.
