URL in StatusLine or title

How can I make visible URL in statusbar or title="" then point mouse at Link Options/View Site without entering in description menu?

I'm not sure I completely understand what you're asking... If you're just trying to get the URL to show up when you hold your mouse over the link then you could add title="$links[url]" to the <a href= tag.
