After upgrading to 1.0.2, I get this error when trying to

Hey I just wanted to ask this same question. For me it was a new installation.

There may have been a small mistake in the file that was live on the server for a couple of hours or so. If you download the files again and replace your vba_dyna_functions_saveentry.php file on your server though that should take care of the problem.
