Dynamics count in postbit and profile

Hello,

Members of my community (always more) are asking to get their dynamics entries count into postbit and into their profile.

I didn't find any modification about that.

Is there an easy way to integrate it fast?

Hi tintin74,
I have the same "stupid" question and it is a pity that yours did not deserve any answer...I changed the options of Dynamics and Link Directory to "Count Posts Towards Postcounts" and actually the posts are counted, but only the number changes. On the profile/statistics page I only see the total number of posts (including dynamics) but when I clic on "Show all posts" only the main forum posts show up. Is there any option to fix this? Or is there any option to make dynamics posts visible on the cmps frontpage or the profile page?

I want to add that if I set "Count Posts Towards Postcounts", the dynamics posts are counted on the profile page, (only the replies, not the thread) but are not counted on the stats module. My stats module shows:

Posts: 4
Top Poster: sysop (5)

Good morning everyone,

We are almost there. The articles/stories are now displayed in the profile - as a separate tab.

We have also included the category, date, number of comments and rating - as added columns [thought would be nice.. ;-)]

We have two bugs left to fix on it.. and then the postbit part.

One more detail on the add-on above..

For v1.0 - the URL from the _postbit_ only - it's manually created/hardcoded.

That means it will only work with instances of Dynamics that have SEO enabled and the 'All stories from user' in the format of:

domain/dyna/members/membername-uid/

We have chosen not to release this url just to avoid confusion and we are looking into adding the url dynamically to what Dynamics is using/configured to - in a day or two.

If someone wants to add it like this - hardcoded - I can give the info tonight no problem..
