Uninstall vbAdvanced Dynamics

How do I uninstall vbAdvanced Dynamics? I used the Plugin-System to uninstall but a category

*[vba_dynamics]*

remains in my admin environment. (see attachment)

You need to run the "Uninstall" option from admincp/vbadyna_install.php file, and then delete any vBa Dynamics files that you uploaded to your server (there's a complete list in the readme.html file that comes with the download package).
