ive lost my forums

i know i shouldnt have donr it but i was trying to revert somthing and made things worse

i screwd up the page that shows the forums and i couldnt get the format correct so i went to
Copy Module Layout

and Page to Copy From

selected False Accusations Forums wich is my main home page in the portal

then Page(s) to Copy To

i selected all

now i can not find my forums

no matter what link i try i just keep seeing my portal

i know im an arse
but can some one help
