I must confirm that the password doesnt work..
It is, it seems a UTF-8/unicode issue
I am on xp, i can see the chinese chars but my winrar does not accept them.
strange enough i can see the commentfile but it looks like this:

actually in winrar i can see the file with the url (i cant unrar it though) it is called: vBadvanced CMPS\LilyandyÑ*Âó©Û¦T¦¶.url (Wrong Password?).
that seems to be the way winrar interprets the chinese chars.. :(

is there a setting in winrar to make it accept chinese chars even if you are not on a chinese computer?
