Help 3.7.0 gold

i just installed vbadvanced_cmps_3_0_1_(vb_3_6_-_vb_3_7)_82915 and i went through all the step and i do not see a vba cms menu in my admin?? what did i do wrong?

when i go here just the vba menu does come up http://www.mysite.com/forum/*admindirectory*/vba_cmps_admin.php

the website wasn't going to the integrated site either so i just renamed cmps_index.php and replace it with my old index file and now that seems to work but im still having the other problem

real wierd i reinstalled it and its there maybe is has to do with where i placed the cmps_index.php file or maybe i forgot to upload a file
