Get $cats[catid] into adv_dyna template

I am trying to move the collapse button to the adv_dyna template, but I can't get the $cats[catid] to show in this template. Is there any ways that I can do this?

Can you elaborate a little? There should not be any type of catid variable in the 'ADV_DYNA' template since that's only used to display a list of categories and not individual categories.

Sorry, but I don't think there's going to be an easy way to move the image from the adv_dyna_categorybits_main template.
