Need to create custom block on main page

How can i create custom block(module) and include it on pages?

Admin CP => vBa Dynamics => Add Module

Go there, choose the type of module you would like to add, fill in the blanks on the next page, then click the 'Edit Module Layouts' link in the left frame of the Admin CP to position the module on your pages.

yes. but i want to create MY OWM EMPTY block

You can create your own block using the Add Module link.
