Brian I have been looking at this for some time, but the there is one thing stopping me, and I wanted to check with you before I do purchase it.

I would like to have 4 images that will be seleceted for the "Picture Of The Month" Would this violate the agreement for vBadvanced Dynamics?

That depends mostly on your intended use... Quick way to answer the question though: Can you use PhotoPost or PP vB Gallery to do the job instead? The main point of that clause is due to the fact that we have a "no-compete" agreement with them, so vBa Dynamics could not be used as photo-posting type software that is competitive with PP. If PP is not a good solution for your project or you by chance already own a copy of PP, then your intended use would not be a problem.

Thanks for getting back to me Brian. I run a small system and really don't want to add a gallery system to it. What I was looking into was using this to show 4 images for the month and allow users to vote on those images for the Picture Of the Month. But if this violates the agreement you have then I guess I will have to come up with another plan or some other way to make this work for me. Thanks
