Hey guys,
I upgraded to Vbulletin 3.7 and also upgarded to CMPS 3.0.1.

Everything works great except that the avatars on the usercp on the homepage show up as "no avatar selected."

When I actually click on the image of "no avatar selected," the avatar is there. it is also in my user CP (if I actually go into it), and it shows up when posting.

i created another dummy account and it did the samet hing, so I know it isn't just my account. Anything I should try?

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Diagnostics - Does that link return any errors?

Hey Brian,

See attached. Funny thing is, my cmps_index file is index.php (I renamed it), and when you click on the link, it goes to my homepage. Not sure if that is the problem.

Figured out the issue.

First I needed to put a . before the / to resolve the "invalid URL" issue.

As for the avatar not appearing, when I upgraded to the newest version, the "show avatar" option in the module got switched to off.

Hey, I had the same thing happen, except my avatars don't show up in my UserCP. If I upload it again it still doesn't show up! Not sure how that could have anything to do with vba but it only started just after I did the upgrade to 3.0.1.

I ran the diagnostics and fixed the URL problem to the home page, now that's showing up as okay. The only not okay thing it shows is that the vba install.php page is gone... which is as it should be.

Oh and I'm still using vbulletin 3.6.8 on this site if that matters.

Any ideas!?

THANKS!

Also in my UserCP block on the home page it doesn't say "No Avatar Selected" it says "Edit Avatar". Then for other people's avatar is says "User's Avatar" and inserts the username for "User's".

Looks like you removed your vBulletin image.php file. Upload that again and it should take care of the problem.

Brian,

Thank you SO much! I don't know how you knew that because it really didn't have anything to do with vbadvanced. You won't believe what I did... I renamed image.php to image.php.cmps! I meant to rename cmps_index.php to that just so I could keep an identified copy of it and the vbulletin index.php page on the server so I could revert back and forth between them whenever I needed.

That was really good support Brian and I appreciate it!
