I’ve just bought vbAdvanced Dynamics, and I think it’s what I need.

I want different forums within a category displayed on different parts of my site. For example, with an area that deals with antique furniture, I only want the forums within the antique furniture category displayed. Likewise, with the antique jewelry section, I only want forums within the antique jewelry displayed.

How do I do this exactly? Do I need to install vBadvanced CMPS as well?

Many thanks in advance.

Sarah.

Neither vBa Dynamics or vBa CMPS have options to display your vBulletin forums.

I’m a bit confused. This page contains demos: http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.php?do=productinfo&productid=7

http://www.vbadvanced.com/dynamics
http://www.vbadvanced.com/dynamics
http://www.vbadvanced.com/dynamics2

Aren’t the above displaying vBulletin forums?

Those are displaying categories from vBa Dynamics.

Thanks.

Very specifically, how do I create and display vBa dynamics categories? I appreciate your help Brian, I'm a total noob.

Admin CP => vBa Dynamics => Add Category

Just go there and fill out the blanks. Should be very similar to adding a forum in vBulletin. ;)

Done, how do I view/see the category I have just created? When I view the forum, it's not visible?

You will see it wherever you uploaded the 'dynamics' folder from the download package to on your server.
