Some links wrong urls on "Link" pages

I have just upgraded to links 3, installation went fine. But some of my links now have /links/ in the urls taking it to unknown page.

example tags in footer on all forum pages just/forums/tags but on links page forums/links/tags which is no good.

advice?

vBa Links Directory > Modify Settings > Global vBadvanced Settings > Header Replacements's and or 'Navbar Replacements' and or 'Footer Replacements'

Add 'tags.php. to the appropriate location box.
