For paid software, the help system here is pretty poor.
Especially when you bear in mind, there are no user manuals.
Its fine for those that create this stuff, and its all bells and whistles...
But shame no one actually replies to your questions.
I would understand if the , reason: Sorry cannot support this free product was the case.
But fundamentally it isnt, its a paid piece of software.
So cmon guys we are all busy too, up the ante and support us with issues with this cracking piece of software. A quick glance at your forum, clearly shows a lack of support.

Are you for real? Brian has the best support you'll ever find on a vbulletin site and 99% of the thousands happy customers are unanimous about it

I have to agree with Lionel. Brian's service is exceptional. I have had every question I had answered quickly and he even went as far as spending hours on my forum tracking down a problem.
He has always responded to me in a pretty decent amount of time.
I see that your first post was yesterday and it hasn't even been 24 hrs since you created your first thread. I think your complaint after just a few hours of time is unwarranted.

Well, so far the service isnt that good. I appreciate your replies, but why should this post, suddenly instigate a reply?
We have purchased full versions of all vbadvanced software, and so expected a bit more activity, in what appears to be a great set of "ad-hoc add ons " for VB
Lets hope I may participate in refining some of the issues we have, in a positive manner.
Thankyou for your response guys.

As someone who is in the states, this is the first time I have been able to get on the forums since you made your first post... Oz time is just a little different then mine (as I'm sure you are aware). :D
