Missing Options

I made the mistake in attempting to edit the files using DreamWeaver and now I messed something up...lol

I thought I had everything working correctly, but I am having 1 problem and am uncertain what steps I should take now.

When I go into the Admin Control Panel so that I can start playing, I have a drop Down with absolutely NOTHING in the listing.

I am assuming that this is the vBa CMPS options.... what file do I need to rework?

Argh, it is generally a huge HUGE help if I run the install portion...
