Flashchat integration

i installed flashchat 4.7.12 installs fine....uploaded the integration files uploaded the product file....i get this error when it tries to load the chat

vBulletin 3.7 : Integration Error 02 : Unable to load the vBulletin config file.

any ideas??

We cannot support any products besides our own, so that's something you would need to ask at the site where you downloaded flashchat from.
