Hello,
How do I customize how a module looks? For example, on http://www.macrumors.com/, they have blue backgrounds and red backgrounds behind their title sections.

Also, when I add links under site navigation, how do I make them open in a new window? The only options I see are order, levels, link, and title, and it doesn't work with HTML.

Thanks

1). You can change the look of all of your modules by editing the 'adv_portal_module_wrapper' template.

2). Add something like this for the URL:
http://site.com/link.html" target="_blank

Thanks. Where is the _module_wrapper template at? I looked at my style templates, and couldn't find it.

With the rest of your templates under the vBa CMPS Templates group.

Brian (or anyone who can answer this)... under vBa CMPS I only see:

Default Settings
Edit Modules
Add Module
Edit Pages
Add Page
Download / Upload Module
Quick Permissions Editor
Copy Module Layouts
Integration
Diagnostics

Should I see a Templates section? And if so, how can I fix this so it shows up? Thanks in advance.

They are under your templates.

Styles & Templates >> Style Manager >> Select edit templates next to the style you want to edit. Then you will see the vB CMPS Templates.

I didn't know it was there either until I realized it would be under my other templates into a section, instead of a custom template.

Oh awesome ty pjkcards! I thought I'd mucked something up.

Well I *have* mucked something up... but in looking for an answer before I post my issue, I came across this and thought oy! maybe that's the ticket. But no go. But it helps to know where to find these templates. thx again. :D

PS. I see the mods/admins are great for answering questions here... but it's great too when fellow members can help out where possible. Kudos!
