Hello,

I'm finding myself in somewhat of an urgent situation and need a little help.

My site's custom news engine died, so we're in the process of integrating CMPS and converting the site over. It's taking us a little loinger than we'd hoped, so we're going ahead and integrating the center section into our main page.

What we've done is turn off the sidebars so that the only thing showing is the center section news output, then called that page into the center of the main site. The problem is it's showing the forum header graphic, which is already displayed on the main page.

We need to find a way to remove the header and the footer so that we can make it look seamlessly integrated into the site. We're calling two pages in (top page is for site announcements, bottom page is for affiliate and web news and will include the footer and copyright information). We do fully intend to honor the people who created CMPS, so this is not trying to find a way around it.

Can anyone help me with this situation? Which files do we need to edit, what do we need to change? We need to go live tomorrow if possible, since we're stuck on posting anyone's news until we're up and running.

Thank you graciously for your help!

Remove "$header" and "$footer" from the "adv_portal" template.
