How do i change the size of the columns?

How do i change the size of the columns and add another column... change the size of the center and right to make it the same size as each other... thanks

i found it in the sytle options but i cant see to shrink the center column

The center column automatically takes up any space not taken by the left/right columns. To decrease the center, increase the width of the left/right.
