De-Active to Re-Activate... no worky?

I used the Sports Block here. I de-activated it by selecting not to have it active in admin panel because of link being messed up, I now tried to select active Yes for module. His save, and went to see and it is not showing on my home page?

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage

Is the module checked on that page as well?
