Top x highest rated links

The top 20 highest rated links is not working on my site.
The result page says there is no links to show, even though are several
links with 5 stars.

However, the top 20 most shown links works fine.

Admin CP => vBa Links => Modify Settings => Main Options => Minimum Votes for Top Rated

Do any of your links have at least as many unique voters as the number specified there?
