All links go to moderation

All my own links go to the moderation queue in the beta 2 version even though I have tried to turn moderation off.

Where is the precise setting to turn moderation off? I have set both
"verify new links" under "submit link verification options" to no
and
"verify new links" under "submit/edit links options" to no.

By the way, the explanations in the admincp to the options above
are the same, so it is not easy to spot the difference between the
two options, if there is any?

Admin CP => vBa Links => Usergroup Permissions => {select group} => Moderate This Group's Links ;)

Hmm, thanks.

This setting must have changed during upgrade to v3.
Should upgrade not keep current settings?
I am quite sure I have not been playing with this setting.
