The following problems apper only when URL rewrting is enabled:
Re-Sorting Results when viewing a users links does not work correctly.
Example
??catid=member&linkuserid=2orderby=dateline&direction=ASC
This is the URL shown when clicking rating column.
There is an ampersand missing before orderby and the questionmark appears twice
Page Navigation does not work on 'New Links'
Example
whatsnew/links/lastvisit/?catid=newlinks&page=2
This is the URL shown for Page 2, but it generates a 404 when clicked.
Manually removing lastvisit seems to produce the correct output
