Having problem with the login window

I am currently using VbAdvanced to integrate my forum with a website and I have run into one small problem. When I press log in, it logs me in the forum but on cmps_index.php I am still seen as not logged in. I do not understand much about php so this is all pretty much moon speak, I have no idea how I arrived so far on my own, but a little nudge to the right direction should be all enough to help me fix this.

Problem has been fixed, I missed the part in the FAQs that mentions the cookies having to be blank /.

same problem is happening to me and I looked and the FAQ and I saw the cookie and a bunch of other stuff and I tried all of the steps and it still didn't fix it.

Looks like you didn't follow through with the last step and add the .htaccess file.
