Permission & Blank Rating Pop-up Issues

I've created a category that is owned by a certain member, leaving all settings at 'No' - but it still shows up when clicking 'Add Link' from the links directory navbar.

I've also disabled rating for Guests, but the rating popups are still being shown - giving a phrase not found error when trying to vote as a guest.

For the member's category, are you viewing the submit link page using your account? Admins/moderators will still see the category, but any other members should not.

Thanks for pointing out the blank pop-up issue for guests. I've just applied the fix to the forum/includes/vba_links_savelink.php file in the download package here, so if you will download the files again and replace that file on your server with the updated version, that should take care of the issue.

I initially noticed that with my admin account, yes.

But I justed tested again and it also happens with a normal user account as well.

I'm not sure how that would be happening, but if you would like to submit a support ticket with your admin account and another account's info I'll be glad to take a look at things.

I should note that this does only happen for top-level header categories - other private categories are not being shown.
