HOW DO I: Import a list of links

I have a large list of links in a tab delimited file. Is there a quick, and easy way to import these into the link directory?

If you have Excell then I *believe* there might be a way you could use that to create the queries (though I no longer have a copy so I don't remember for sure). If they were already in an existing database that would probably be much easier.
