Backed up module then upload but not showing

I made an XML backup of some modules and then uploaded them again. They show up fine in the ACP but not on the front page.....even though the settings are correct and should show.

Someone please help.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => {select page} => Modules Enabled

Did you use the form there to enable the modules on that page?
