Need help with poll and others

ok i neewd some help im new to this vbadvanced lol...I was wondering how do i make a poll lol....and how do i add the news to the center and all...god i feel stupid but the only way to figure it out is by asking for help :P hope some one can help me out here thanxs a bunch :D

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings

There you will see an option for 'News Forum ID' and 'Poll Forum ID'. Set the forumid you wish to use for each.
