How can I make the websites have thumbnail images?

How can I get a better rating system instead of just a stupid thread rating 1-5...im looking for something like 1-10 and where I can leave a review just like this site = http://www.tech555.com/forum/links.php

How can I do that!? im willing to pay someone if you can do that.

Also, check it out...look up top there is black spaces between my Forum Home, Usermanager etc etc...and also Forum Home brings me to the home of the Links page, not the forum home.......how can I fix these issues!?

Sorry, but currently there are not any options to control the number of stars in the rating system.

Where at exactly? I'm not seeing any problems on your vB pages and can't seem to find the folder where you've installed vBa Links.
