Is there a way to set up a payment per link?

What are the options to set up a payment method for links?

I don't think there's really going to be an easy way to setup a "pay-per-link" system... You could use vB's subscription functions so members could pay to be part of a group that has permission to submit links, but that would not limit them to only being able to submit 1 link.

I think you're missing a great function if you don't consider this "pay per link" option, Brian. It would be a great feature for sure.
