Problem with YUI clientscripts

Since upgrading to the latest versions of VB and VBA (from 3.6) my site seems far slower so I've run it through Firebug to analyse the load times and something I'm finding is that on my VBA homepage, it's trying to

clientscript/yui/yahoo-dom-event/yahoo-dom-event.js?v=372

rather than

forums/clientscript/yui/yahoo-dom-event/yahoo-dom-event.js?v=372

and

clientscript/yui/yahoo-dom-event/yahoo-dom-event.js?v=372

rather than

forums/clientscript/yui/yahoo-dom-event/yahoo-dom-event.js?v=372

I'm not really sure what either of these are far so I'm not sure how I'd go about changing this so it looks in the correct place (the forums root) rather than the top level.

Which site is this happening on? I just checked the one associated with your license, but the yahoo URL's seem to be working fine there.
