Remove forum title from "Title"

The page title appears in the top of the browser followed by the article title. Can I get rid of the forum website title for SEO reason?

Article title? Are you referring to the CMPS or vBa Dynamics? There are no article functions with the CMPS...

You could edit your 'adv_portal' template and change the <title> tag there to look something more like this:
<title><if condition="$pagetitle">$pagetitle<else />$vboptions[hometitle]</if></title>
