News showing incorrect forum, ignores ID I select

The News section in the middle of my page shows the wrong forum. Does not matter what forum ID I select in news options.

Do you have it set correctly there?

http://www.domainname.com/cmps_index.php

(*mydomainname is my sites URL)

I meant the News Forum ID setting on the page I pointed you to.

Brian thanks for the help. The news forum ID I can change to any number and it always give me the same forum.

No other hacks are installed.

Fixed! Was set in the wrong page.

Default/Home News --> Options --> New Forum ID (this works when set)

NOT

Default Settings -- > News Forum ID

That's why I told you to check the setting on that page. ;)
You changed it there at some point, so it's not going to use the default setting unless you revert it by checking the 'Use Default' checkbox and saving the options. It's set up that way so you can have different options on each page. ;)
