CMPS and Homepage question....

hi guys, I'm new to all of this stuff and I was looking into using either Homepage or CMPS for my website but I'm having trouble figuring out which one I should use. is CMPS basically just a newer/better version of homepage? or two completely different things? sorry if that sounds like a dumb question but like I said, I'm new to this stuff. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Basically, though the two scripts are different enough that I decided to keep both available. If you're planning on drastically changing the look and are very comfortable with HTML and maybe PHP then the Homepage may be a better solution. For the most part though, the CMPS is easier to use.
