I was wondering how I would integrate Vbadvanced into my Vbadvanced Links site.
What I would like is the left columns to show up on my Vbadvanced Links page and I would also like a block I can put on my front page that shows the latest links. Can someone point me to how to do this with the latest version of VBadvanced Links?

Integration can be done by following the guide here:

You can find a latest links module at the thread below. Just be sure to check the last page if you are running vBa Links v3.0.

The usual integration method works fine for vbulletin files but since the links system is in a sub-folder "/links" how do you integrate since the files do not show up in the list of available files to integrate?

Use the "THIS_SCRIPT" method, instead of integrating files. Just put the following into the field for THIS_SCRIPT and in the next step chose your Links Directory and save it.
links_index
links_browselinks
links_showlink
links_search
links_managecats
links_addlink
