What's that mod? (featured items on front page)

Hi folks,

I've been playing around with VbaCMPS and I'm very impressed. I've been looking at this site http://www.recognizedexpert.com/ and notice on their front page they've a number of featured items from the forum.

I'm just wondering if they're using a module to allow selected threads feature on the front page of the site. If so, I'd love to know what the mod is.

If anyone could help, i'd really appreciate it.

they are using both the news module and recent threads module that come standard with vBa CMPS ...
