How do I turn on moderation?

I must be dense, but I see no way to turn off link submissions for members. I am having spammers sign up daily to post a link and then vanish.

I find no way to send links automatically to moderation before it goes live. I see no way to "suspend" a link, either.

What am I missing? I have the latest version.

Admin CP => vBa Links => Usergroup Permissions => {select group} => Can Bypass Moderator Approval For Links
Or if you're running a version prior to 3.0.0 then the setting will be called 'Moderate this groups links'.

As for suspending links, that was done away with in favor of "soft deleted" links. It's basically the same thing though and you can soft delete a link by editing it, using the "Link Tools" drop down menu, or using the inline moderation options.

OK so if I want to use an X post limit I need to use the promotion system?

Yes, the promotion system should work just find to limit users according to their post counts.

In the Links menu (nav) bar there should be a 'Moderation' link.
