I am doing link exchange with http://www.musicweb-international.com but when I try to submit the link in my link directory I get: 'The URL you entered is not valid. Please make sure that you have entered a valid URL.'. Other URLs seem to work.

Looks like that link is returning "403 Forbidden" headers, which is why the links directory is rejecting it. You could get around that by disabling the 'Verify New Links' setting before submitting the link though.
