Positive Impact on Site Traffic?

i am considering purchasing this for my site. Currently i run VB303 and CMpS. I am concerned about whether VBLinks can be configured where it's content is searchable, resulting in an improvement of site traffic.

i also want to know if i can require users to have a certain level of posts and /or group membership before they can post links?

is there a current discount or special for purchasing VBlinks?
